Heyrick Bond Gunning

Heyrick is a Director of Omnium Private and the CEO of S-RM, responsible for the development and strengthening of existing client relations across S-RM. Before S-RM, he was the Managing Director of Security Consulting for Kroll, where he was also Head of Kidnap for Ransom. He previously consulted for DHL in Iraq in 2003 and 2004, following the end of the Iraq War. From 2000 to 2003 he was the Head of Client Engagement for Mergermarket. He had previously served as a Captain in the British Army. Heyrick has a BA in Geography and Archaeology from the University of Manchester and is an INSEAD alumni.


Martin Devenish

Martin is a Director of Omnium Private and a Board Director of S-RM. He has oversight of Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He joined S-RM in 2014. Before joining S-RM Martin spent 22 years at Goldman Sachs in London and New York. During his career Martin assumed a number of leadership roles and became a Partner in 2002. From 2005 to 2011 he was Head of Equities for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) and for the following two years an Advisory Director to Goldman Sachs with a focus on growth and frontier markets in CEEMEA. Martin was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours list of 2017 for services to education in both the UK and Overseas.


Philip Kaye

Philip is an Advisor of Omnium Private and Head of Private Clients at S-RM. He has oversight of all engagements with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. He is also the Head of the Executive Committee. He joined S-RM in 2011. Before S-RM, Philip spent seven years in the British Army as a Captain in the King’s Royal Hussars and Royal Gurkha Rifles where he saw active service in Iraq and Afghanistan.

James Beer

Jim is the Head of Finance for S-RM. He joined S-RM in 2015. Jim trained at MRI Moores Rowland in London, and then spent 7 years at AMT Group in Australia. He returned to the UK to join Talk Talk Group as Finance Manager. Before S-RM, Jim worked in commercial and management roles at Research Now, a multinational market research business. He has a BSc in Mathematics from Manchester University, and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
